Now, Ed Milliband doesn’t sign up for the 10:10 campaign vote organised in the House, because (a) it was set up by the Lib Dems as a stunt to try and make Labour look bad, rather than make a genuine difference to climate change, and (b) because we are already committed to higher targets.
